Tudor Lodge Motel - Nelson

The cleanliness was impressive, and all the amenities I needed were readily available, making me feel right at home. The database provided easy access to local attractions, which enhanced my experience significantly.

I did notice a minor downside: the lack of a dedicated workspace in the room.

The apartment is freshly decorated with spa bath, well maintained condition and comfy bed. The employees are outstandingly accommodating.

I got the studio suite, it was impressive and brilliant.

I recently had a business trip here and was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and clean the room was. The location is pretty great, just a short walk from the beautiful Tahunanui Beach, which was a nice escape after work.

I must say, it was super noisy! Being right next to a busy road with early morning traffic and garbage trucks was unbearable. Plus, the decor felt a bit outdated and dark, which didn't help the atmosphere at all. I really expected more for the price, given the issues I encountered.

Overall had fairly nice stay for one night during a road trip. The staff were very helpful and caring in case of questions. It offered us good location just off the city center, beach and shops and eateries and beach.

Loved the super spacious rooms, especially the well-equipped kitchenette 🍽️ Only downside was the noise from the busy road, but it didn't ruin my stay.

The hotel was neat with genuinely helpful and caring staff members. My room was brand-new and beautifully presented with light decor. The location was perfectly comfortable, for example, an expansive local beach was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property.

I particularly enjoyed having a private courtyard outside my unit—such a lovely touch! The bed was comfortable, and I had everything I needed in the well-equipped kitchen, making it perfect for both short and longer stays. The attentive room service stood out; it felt like a personal touch that I greatly appreciated. I had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend Tudor Lodge to anyone visiting Nelson.

The overall decor needs a refresh!!! The shower dripped all night!!! Dated kitchen and tired curtains could use a serious upgrade!!! Not enough attention to cleanliness!!!

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was great for accessing nearby family. While there's some road noise, it quieted down at night. The friendly staff were cute, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities like charging ports for electric cars.

I was there for a short transit stay and enjoyed the spaciousness of the studio unit. Having a small separate kitchen was a fantastic feature. Plus, even though it's located near a busy road, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was inside, allowing for a good night's sleep. A short drive to the nearby Nahn restaurant was perfect for dinner out.
